Hi,

I want to activate license key using offline activation, but I have encountered this error.

For your information, below is the specification for the server.

Hey @Muhummad_Solehudin ,

When licensing your Alteryx Server, select the license designer + scheduler option.

If you already did this and it didn`t work, another option would be to downgrade your server to the correct number of cores. I`m not 100% sure if this is needed, but it is worth the shot. This is based on https://help.alteryx.com/product-activation-and-licensing/troubleshoot-licensing-issues#
