Good Afternoon Alteryx Community!

My team recently upgraded to Server Version 2022.3 and had noticed the below behavior when saving overtop of an existing workflow-

Version history is seemingly retained and can access each through the drop-down and within Designer. However, each Version is marked as 'Version 1'. Has anyone ran into this scenario and know of any potential solutions to resolve or any implications we may encounter down the road due to the above?

This is a known defect and will be addressed in patch 2 of 22.3, as per the link provided by @dYoast
