Connecting to Alteryx Gallery from different machine results in connection timeout

We set up an on-premise server recently. When I attempt to connect to the gallery from another computer, the attempt times out. I can connect while logged into the server machine directly. What settings should I look at to fix this?

First, you need to make sure that the URL you have is the correct one, specially the http or https. Then if your company has proxy, please insert your credentials in the appropriate area (User settings > Advanced > Proxy). If those are all correct, it might be a firewall issue, ports not being open. You need port 80/443 over htttp/https, your IT team should be able to take care of this.
