How can i manage alteryx workflow version control at Gallery server?

You can open all the versions in your designer and decide which version the end-users will have access. Here is more information about version control in the gallery.

Hi @187,

If you want to control the version of an Alteryx Workflow, you will have to open the workflow within Designer from the Gallery (See below).

File --> Open Workflow --> Click your Alteryx Gallery and open the workflow.

From here you can make the changes, and save it back to the gallery (File --> Save within Designer)

This should create a different version of the same workflow that can you view within your workspace.
