Possible to change "Run As" password for multiple workflows at once?

The "Run As" user on our server is tied to a user's windows credentials. So, when a user's windows password is changed they need to open and save EVERY workflow they have scheduled with the new password.

Is there a way to achieve updating a "Run As" password without having to open and save every workflow where that password needs to be changed?

Hey @csh8428 ,

The best option is for you to use the credentials from the gallery admin page.

Instead of the user manually including their credentials when publishing the workflow, they would select the credential from a list and you only would need to change the password on the credentials page.

But we wouldn't be able to use this method due to corporate security issues.

Hey @csh8428 ,

I don't think there is a solution for it then.

When dealing with credentials, the best option is to have a service account with all the permissions included or shared credentials, but I know it is not easy to get both approved.
