Alteryx server license online activation

Hi All,

My Alteryx server license is going to expire and when I try to Activate new license I only get Offline Activation option. Not getting online activation option. Do you know how can I enable it.

Following below path:

Open Alteryx designer 2020.2.3

Options> Manage Licenses > Activate new license > it open attached screenshot of offline activation steps doesn't give any option for Online Activation. Please tell me how to register my license using Online activation.

Hi @Sandy8704 - Please ensure the computer can contact the whitelist.alteryx.com web domain used by the Alteryx licensing system.

I know that this is an old thread but for anyone else who ends up here...

will depend entirely on how your network security, specifically the internet access from your own organisations network, is configured.

If you don't know about this then you need to speak to your local IT. There are many, many possibilities and options here so it is unlikely that anyone outside of your organisation will be able to assist with this.
