Alteryx Server error when trying to download zip file from FTP site

Greetings Alteryx Experts! I am using a text input tool with two columns labeled: URL and Download To. This is connected to a Download tool using the URL and Download To provided in the text input tool. These are the only two tools in the flow (trying to isolate problem). When I run the flow in Designer it executes flawlessly. When I save it to our Alteryx Server, it ends in “Error Opening file:…Access is denied”. I should note, the download is a zip file from FTP. I don’t understand why it works in Designer and not on Server. Can someone help me please?

I'd check that the RunAs user on the server has the relevant permissions set to the right folders.

The above should cover them. If it does have the right permissions, let me know and I'll try and set up a test myside.
