How to Convert Trial License to Paid License

Hi All,

My company just purchased designer license for me. However, I'm still on Trial version. My IT department wants me to install the new paid license but I'm unable to de-active the trial license. Would anyone please let me know the process ?

I went to manage license option and my private email for the trial license could not be modified. It's locked.

Hello @Taxguy03

You do not need to deactivate your trial license key, simply go into your license manager within Designer and enter in your paid license key, this will supersede your trial key.

I had my personal email for the 14 days trial version. Manage License option wouldn't let me remove my personal email. So, I can't activate the new license with my work email cause it's attached to my work email.

Please go to Options > Manage Licenses.

From here click the gear icon in the upper right corner.

Choose "View Partner Data License Manager"

Then, click edit in the upper right corner to change your email address.
