Canada D&B Dataset

Hi everyone!

I’m working with the Canada D&B dataset in Alteryx and just pulled the Q1 2025 update. I see that the dataset includes a column for SIC codes, but I don’t see any NAICS codes included.

Can anyone confirm if the Canada D&B package only provides SIC codes and not NAICS codes?
Also, is there a data dictionary available for this dataset that outlines all fields and their descriptions?

In response to your second question, for the US data, the documentation is available in the license/download page. I was going to screenshot, but I'm having issues accessing at the moment. If you don't a similar option to download, after you download and unzip the data bundle, check to see if you spot a "Documentation" folder, or something of sorts. Also check in the sub folders and I've sometimes found some documents within them.

If that still turns up empty, your best bet will be to reach out to your Alteryx rep who can probably get you what you need.
