Unpivot Multiple Rows

Hi Everyone,

I have an interesting issue I couldn't find an exact match for on the community although some using Transpose got close. I have a file that is the result of a survey. So it's layout is like this (and the answers go on like that for a 10+ questions and there are 10 location areas.:

Location A, Location B, Location C, Answers For A, Answers for B, Answers For C

I want to unpivot this or transpose so all of the locations in Location A are above B and C.

I've attached an example too. So I am probably doing a horrible job explaining this.
