Cannot Access Designer Advanced Exam Despite Having Core Certification

I completed my Alteryx Designer Core certification on November 19, 2024, but I'm unable to take the Advanced exam. When I click "Take Exam," I get the error message "You must pass the Alteryx Designer Core before you can take this exam."

My Core certification shows in My Certifications with expiration date 11/19/2026. I've tried:

Logging out and back in
Clearing browser cache
Different browsers/incognito mode

The Advanced exam button remains greyed out. This appears to be a system sync issue where the platform isn't recognizing my existing Core certification.

Has anyone experienced this certification access problem? Any suggestions for resolving it?

Email certification@alteryx.com to ask! But I don't see your Core badge on your profile, so you'll have to find it on Credly to tell them to link to the correct account: About ManuGG - Alteryx Community

Just wanted to chime in and confirm that @alexnajm's advice is correct emailing certification@alteryx.com is the next step. I also don't see the Core badge on your profile, which is why you're getting an error when attempting the advanced exam.
