Hello, I am trying to get a desired output, but I am using too many basic steps. Can anyone take a look at this simple desired output. I am trying to create a formula but only using specific row and columns. THANK YOU

I'm sure there are other ways to do this, but i've broken this out to illustrate the steps you can take to get to where you need to be:
