Free trial under desktop version - Activating license under new mail

Hello,

Situation:

I've finished my free trial on the desktop version of Alteryx Designer 2024.2. I had signed up with an old business mail address.

Now I've bought a new license under a different mail address (work-mail).

Problem:

- Everytime I open the application the old mail pops up in each field (and I can't remove it).

- I don't have the option to change this mail address to the new mail address under which the license was purchased. Hence, can't activate the new license.

- I tried uninstalling the application, but issue remained that the old (unconverted free trial mail) still pops up.

Can anyone give help by giving a step-by-step guide on how to use alteryx under my new mail?

Try opening Alteryx License Manager from your desktop and check the email there - if it’s the old one, change it to the new one and see if Designer works normally afterwards

The mail cannot be changed - that's the whole issue

Usually even though it looks like you can’t, you can after you click edit. Can you try again?

if it doesn’t work, can you send a screenshot of where you are / the issues you are facing?

Can't change the mail here. Where should I change it?

In Alteryx License Manager as mentioned! Search for it on your desktop

Same thing when I try to do the offline activation. As soon as I click on "create" under Request, there's a form with the old mail pre-filled and I can't change it
