Help with Email Tool

Please help! Does the Alteryx email tool have the ability to take an Excel file from Outlook and save into a network folder? If not is there another tool that can do this? Is it possible to do it at all?

You could give this tool a shot... you may need to involve your IT depending on how locked down your exchange server is.

Hi @dngnc7 , the Email tool is for sending emails only. Have a look at the Outlook Input tool. This lets you save attachments from Outlook to specified file locations:

Thanks. I downloaded the tool but I am running an older version of Alteryx (2020.4) to match the version of server. Is there a tool for older versions of Alteryx designer?
