Database connection system is not showing up for users

so within designer (via run as administrator) i've created an connection to or Azure SQL database. (see screenshot)

if i log in again on the server (where I created the connection with designer in Admin mode) this connection is there an I can use it.

if I open Alteryx designer is a non admin program then this connection is not there.

is there something I'm missing? I already restarted Alteryx but that didn't work.

try reconnecting it through designer

I created the connection via manage In-DB connections

I mean remove the connection and then connect again or try to synchronize

use manage connection below file manager
