I’m Harmandeep Singh Kandhari and I’m working in the Designer Cloud discussion category and experiencing slow workflow execution along with intermittent data source connection failures in Alteryx Designer Cloud. Are there best practices for optimizing performance and maintaining stable connections with large datasets?

I am getting this error when trying to do anthing regarding flows in designer cloud

Has anybody else had this issue?

and how do I solve it?

And yes the user has full access(Creator and Admin of the account) and the API token also has full access.

I am Getting the below error, While Joining the data between two different DB, We have any chance to join the data between two Different DB.

Join In-DB (14) The left and right side must have the same In-Db connection.

Hello community!

I am new to Alteryx Cloud, but I am quite familiar with Alteryx Desktop. I started migrating some processes from Desktop to Cloud, but I miss the email customize sending functionality in Cloud. Is it possible?

I would like to send a customized email after a successful execution, but I couldn't find the option to customize the email or attach a file.

If it is not possible, are there plans to implement this soon?

Is there a way to download all Output files from a workflow in one go?

Hi all i have a workflow that generate over 10 different output files one the job is complete. Is there a way i can download all the output files in one go instead of downloading each individually?

IN-DB Filter Tool 's behavior

　 Dataset：It includes flags in column ; flags' value can be 0,1, or null.

AlteryxTool：IN-DB Filter

Description：flag = 1

In the above case, the result is...

　TRUE side has rows which have flag=1,

　FLASE side has rows which have flag=0.

SO, there're no rows which have flag=null...

Is this a bug in Alteryx? or Specification??

I'm looking for... how to import my MACROS (from Designer Desktop) inside the workflow in designer cloud, this show me in Designer Cloud: an advice "macro imported failed": Artifact package should contain JSON object with exactly 5 keys: kind, type, data, hash and metadata. Contains keys content,contentChecksum. How should I import or save the file ? Have you already did this before? (if the answed is -yes-, please tell me... 🙏

How to not create output file when filter shows no results?

I have a filter looking fro null values in a column, i want to create an output file if there are null values but no file is created if the filter returns no results. Whats the best way to build this?

I found Alteryx Designer Cloud doesnt provide some Tools like: Multi-Row Formula Tool, Developer Tools (Dynamic Rename, Download Tools, etc...). Could you suggest the alternate way to use these tools?

Allow a connection to a geo coding system, like USPS or Google, that allow you to join and run a demographics dataset through to have longitude and latitude added the output for mapping. I can see a lot of uses for this and especially in the Marketing and Advertising sector.

I'm looking for a way to discover which datasets, recipes, or outputs are taking up the most time and resources.

it would also be nice if we were able to view this over time as well.

an example would be sometime like the Unity3d profiler.

this is for a video game engine, but i hope the system can be similar.

in this profiler you can see what resource (ram,cpu, gpu) is being used and by what character/object in your video game.

similarly it would be nice to see what database is being used by what flow in trifacta.
