I am using below formula to get dates that are in different format:
Although I am getting the expected results ie the Date column as shown in above snip, but along with this I am also getting below error:
Requirement: The field conversion error is defeating the eventual purpose of my workflow and hence I want to Ignore/kill it. So please suggest a solution to my problem ( I don't want to use delimit since string is having different pattern)
