Add multiple headers and merge the columns and rows

Hi All,

I was able to get the required data and finally struggling with the Formatting of the headers. It will be very helpful if someone can help achieve the desired output. I have attached the excel, in which their are 2 scenarios. It has Input and output tab which shows the what I need. For easy understanding I have added border to understand the Merge part.

@binu_acs Thanks for you quick response.

I had gone through the similar post and I was able to achieve some of the Merge cells. But I am still struggling with Output tab Cell A7,8, Cell D7,8, Cell G7,8 and in Output2 Cell A16,17, Row 15, and Cell J16,17.
