Errors when running the TS Model Factory

Question

Hello,

I´ve been trying to use the TS Model Factory Tool to Forecast Sales, but when I select ARIMA this error shows:

Tool #64: Error in my_output[j, 8] <- fit_stat[2]:

And when selecting ETS this one:

Tool #64: There was an error in WrireYXDBStreaming

Please help ASAP, I´m desperate :(

Someone else tried it and it worked, could it be a licence issue?

I´m working on a student licence and tried the free trial and didn´t work.
