Loss of Data

I have a rather long series of Filters and Formulas that I'm running for my workflow. However, somewhere around the 8th filter, I start to lose data in the True expression from the filter? See attached and please let me know if you need more explanation/context.

That may not necessarily be where your nulls are starting from, just where you are seeing them. Its only showing you a sample of the data and in that sample, everything looks good. Put a browse tool just before the input and look at the data. That will give you a true representation of the data and not just a snapshot.

To show this, I created a file with only a few nulls lower down in the file. The sampled results show green but the browse shows the true numbers.
