Need help in Custom Filtering

Question

Hi:

I have a workbook that contains more than 200,000 Line of fleets that dispensed fuel from different pump stations.

I am trying to see if there are anomalies (abnormal patterns) of which the same Fleet ID# had to dispense (take) fuel at multiples times but at the SAME date and time.

I need your help in creating a workflow to identify the SAME fleet ID # that dispensed fuel at the same DATE and Same TIME

Using the Summarize Tool, you can count the number of rows with the same Fleet ID, Date, and Time.

Attached is a sample workflow.
