RUN Button Disabled for Users

Hi, 

Some of the users of my workflow won't be able to run today because the run button was disabled.

I did not edit or modify their role as a user.  I also did not receive any email notification from our company that the UAT gallery is down.

Is there someone who can help me for them to be able to run the workflow for today's work? Thanks

Hey @PassION_es ,

For users to have permission to run workflows in collections, they need at least the 'member' role.

You need to access the admin page > users to check their roles. If everything is working as it should, I would suggest the users do a clean refresh of the gallery page with ctrl + F5.
