Dataset replace a particular column

Based on my rate column - I wanted to replace under particular column under aligned % ( also the data % will change based on the individual account - hence i don't want to make this as constant) . can anyone help me ... thanks in advance.

For example:

Before

Header  25%15%12.80%10%rate     12.8MY Data Set     25    25    25    25    25

After

Header  25%15%12.80%10%rate   12.8 12.8MY Data Set 25   2525   2525   2525   2525   25
