@RameshSrinivasan You shoud receive an email like below a few days after you passed the test.

It usually takes 48 hrs to get the email. If don't receive it even after 48 hrs you can drop an email to certification@alteryx.com. Your badge on your community profile and your credly badge is as good as your certificate and can be used as proof to show you have completed the certification.
