Percentile

I'm using the Summarize Percentile feature and instead of out putting actual numbers from my data set it's giving me decimals that aren't in my dataset. Is there any way to change or fix this?

There are no decimals in my data set, but as you can see, the output has them.

This might be accurate. For example the 50th percentile is half way through your data. So the 50th percentile of [1, 2, 3, 4] is half way between 2 and 3 → 2.5, even though 2.5 isn't in the data.
