How to keep data after crosstab?

Helo All,

I currently have a table that looks like this 

Supervisor_Nt_Name	Supervisor Email	Curriculum	Value	Report
...	...	....	...	..

I have inserted this table into a crosstab and converted it into a table. However, when I want to email it, I cannot access "Supervisor Email" in the field anymore, as crosstab only used some of the values and did not pass on the rest. How can I adjust this path such that crosstab will move all the data along, even if its not directly using all of it?

Hi @MWon 

Without seeing the data it's a bit tricky, but you could always append or join the email back to the dataset. It's common to break the data into separate streams for reporting before joining it all back for the final output.
