Archiving Workflows

Does anyone have a solution for archiving workflows such that I won't break the macros contained in them?

I have a large number of workflows that I need to send to an archive folder. All of them reference the same 2 macros, but if I try to move them into an archive folder, the macros break. I understand that I can package the macros with the workflows by going to Options > Export Workflow, but this will be very time consuming since it's hundreds of workflows. Anyone have ideas for simple, fast solutions?

And if there's not a simple solution, what's a way I can avoid this in the future?

In an ideal world, using the Alteryx Server would automatically take care of version control and have a history of the workflows and macros if they are packaged. You can also interact with the Alteryx Server API to export YXZP files to a directory.
