Caching data after dynamic tool

Hello! 

I have a quick question: Can I cache the data after dynamic input? 

In my workflow, I am pulling data from 3 databases. I used a text input tool to pass a date and dynamic input & specific query for three databases. After this, I am streaming all the data out from the DB. The 'cache and run workflow' is greyed out for me in this case. 

If I use Connect In-Db -> Data Stream Out, I can cache and run the workflow. 

Is there a way to cache the data after dynamic input in DB?

Some tools do not allow for caching, but an easy trick is to add a select tool after it which you should be able to cache on.
