Dynamic Summarize Tool

Question

Given below is the dataset:

I need to apply the summary tool on all the fields as shown below but I want to make this summary tool dynamic so that it is able to incorporate all the fields that get added to the data set each time. (Currently there are just 4 fields, but going forward, this would increase to 5,6,7....& so on)

Can anyone please tell that how can we make the summary tool dynamic?
