How to join a ranking list with a certain field.

Hi, I'm working on a project where I'm trying to find the top ranked institutions for masters degrees. One of my data sources has the names of the programs and another that has the ranking of the institutions.

Which join tool should I use and how can I use it to obtain a list of the top ranked masters programs.

Hi. Is your list of institution already ranked in that manner from your image? I'd add a RecordID to your institutions list that would serve as their ranking then join to 2 datasets on INSTNM followed by a Sort tool asc on RecordID field after the Join tool.
