Running Workflow based on interface tool

Question

Hi, I am new to interface tool so finding difficulty with an issue. I have two columns in my data set with year and  month. I want to add a interface tool so that the user selects the year and month then the data for the corresponding selection should run fuzzy match give output. Can some one help me with this?

I'm not using year and month columns for fuzzy match. I have other columns like agent name entity name etc

Can you give a some example data of what you want to achieve? I'm not sure why you are using fuzzy match with dates?
