Server connection issues.

Question

Hi all: My team members are having trouble linking up to our Alteryx Server from Designer. We've tried the following: * We've updated their certificates so the firewall is not an issue. * We've successfully been able to connect to the server via Chrome. * We've updated the <> as per a post I saw here last week. * I've made sure that the Laptop designer is the same (or lower) release as the server. What else am I missing? We've even tried to install on a 2nd computer, thinking there is some other system issue, but still no luck. I'm scratching my head on this one. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. -prpatel.

I was on vacation last week, so sorry for not replying sooner.

On my computer, I can access the server with no issues, both via Chrome as well as my version of Designer.

On a computer for one of my team member, she can access it via Chrome, but NOT thru designer.  We've tried many different things....tried to reinstall the software, updated the runtimesetting.xml file....nothing.....we've even been able to recreate this issue on a different computer, and still nothing.

Not sure what our next steps are here.
