Error while opening xml file

Hi, I'm getting following error

Error: Input Data (3): An exception occurred! Type:UTFDataFormatException, Message:invalid byte 1 ( ) of a 1-byte sequence. at Line:2246 and Column:24

when trying to open xml file. Can anyone please suggest what to do? Thank you

@srk0609 there could be an offending character within the XML file. Can you be able to open the file using notepad++ and take a look at line 2246 as indicated in the error msg
