Work allocation

Hi, iam new to alteryx. I am trying to speed up the excel work. The case is i have to allocate work manually to 110 people everyday which involves multiple excel sheets with multiple portfolios to be worked on. Can some one please assist

Hi @Ramyasri_1997 - What are the rules of allocation? If it's just an equal number of Cases then the workflow is pretty simple:

Sure, Thanks for the help iam uploading the sample data  file where the the sheet 2 contains the employee names sheet 1 info has to allocate to the agents. its just an sample the file consists of 500 records atleast.
