Read through rows and return the sum of the values with a condition

Hi experts,

I am very new to Alteryx

I would like to develop a workflow where I replicate the function of the excel formula in B2:F7.

Firstly, I would need to find the row header (eg BB) in sheet 2, and should sum the values with the same column header (eg A) corresponding in sheet2 in that particular row.

I'm having trouble getting Alteryx to read through rows and return the sum of the values with a condition.

Would really really appreciate if I could get assistance!
