python tool cannot find module on server,try run again it maybe successful

Question

As the image show below, when I  run the workflow on server sometimes it will show "Module Not FoundError:No module named "xxx"", but the module have been successfully installed. And, when i try again run the workflow, it will be ok. So, could someone tell me the reason or it just because of the Internet connection or something like that with server?

Hi matt_dix,

thank you for your reply. But i do not think so, because if i did not install the packages on server, why i run again it become succesfully? I did nothing when i run second time and just click the run botton.

@haoyu1227 there is some information here about the error message, my guess is the last option where the library is not installed on your server?
