Queued Workflow

Question

Trying to figure why a workflow runs successfully on designer but when promoted to server and try it run it I received this message

Any clue why?

Looks like an AMP job. Make sure they have AMP enabled on the Controller and at least one Worker. That is feedback I got for anyone in the future that has this issues
