Publish to tableau server tool ERROR

Hello

I am configuring the 'Publish to Tableau tool' in ayx because upon opening a workflow from server and refreshing the script, it gave me an error saying enter user name and password this day.

It was not like this last week.

I tried to input my password,name for our service account as well as our site but it's not letting me publish

Any idea? Im new to this

I'm getting the 403 error when trying to connect Alteryx Designer to my company's Tableau Sandbox Server, but not for the Production Server. It's happening for multiple users on my team, and first started early last month.

The Tableau Server admins don't see anything different on their end.

Hi @TheaAbella000!

403 indicates forbidden. I would recommend reaching out to your Tableau server admin to verify that you have appropriate permissions.

I tested on my end:

401 indicates invalid credentials (username / password)

404 indicates invalid server URL or server not found

You can also try mapping the Server URL to the IP address.
