Hi all, 

hopefully this is nice and easy question...

When using the select tool,  does it automatically accept new data ? 

For example i have a list of codes being selected by the tool but at some point different codes might appear - will the tool pick this up or do i have to go in to the select tool and ensure it is selected for my report? - or is there an alternative method?

Hi @berty ,

The select tool allows you to define what happens when new fields appear that are currently not present in your dataset. You can select if you wanna keep or drop the new fields by ticking/unticking the *Unknown checkbox
