Group By Columns and sum measures (scores)

Hi Community

Can someone please help me with this one? I think I am close but stuck in consolidating the columns into 1.

I want to be able to combine the below columns into one and name that to "Insights" & sum the score against it for a person.

Insights_1
Insights_2
Insights_3
Insights_4
Insights_5

Expected Result :

The dataset should have 2 rows for one person (Yourself & Your Manager as Reference) with 2 competencies (Insights & Commercial Acumen) & the total score.

I found your input data is somehow strange, since we dont have both "Yourself & Your Manager" for the name "Hitmand and Batman".
Anyway, below should be the way to approach.
