RegEx to parse different characters

I hope this is possible to achieve - But I have a column with some XML schema in my first column. I want to only grab the "company name". Everything up to the company name is the same. So not sure if that makes it easier or not.

The "what is needed" column is just a reference to show what is needed. That column will not be there when I import the XML file into Alteryx.
