Unable to logon to Gallery

I am unable to connect Alteryx Gallery any suggestion on his, i am getting the below error.

Go to your company's gallery and select your profile on the upper right corner and click "my profile".

Then select the "Version" tab :-).

@Vishnusai  sorry to say but what version is your desktop Designer and what version is the gallery running on?:-)
