Multiple Dataverse connectors in a workflow

I'm trying to setup multiple dataverse connectors in a workflow. I could setup the first one correctly but, when I add the second one, it doesn't allow me to setup the table and fields. Also, is it possible to connect to multiple tables in a dataverse with only one Dataverse connector?

I'm struggling with why I would bring all of my data into Dataverse and build a model driven app. The experience is so clunky. Just to bring in a view of data takes 15 clicks compared to sharepoint. Convince me otherwise, I would love to know the true value. Heck, now that I type it out, I'm questioning us even using canvas apps.
