How to avoid Excel output being processed by alteryx

I am using alteryx do some data analysis and using excel template as my output, when I finish my workflow it will override the template. However, I am confused when i open the output, it warns me excel is being processed by another user, but the alteryx workflow is finished in this situation. The excel only have read access. How can i avoid this situation when finish the workflow? Thanks in advance!

To conclude, check if there is another process is using the file, like some automation.

and are you outputting two data stream to the same Excel file with branch?
