How can I find the average of each day's run time?

I tried using sum tool to get the average. My question is, is there any formula that I can use so that I can get average for each day by each department. because when I use the sum tool it does not separate the days. it just sum up the entire population

Hi @rrahu07

Add in a formula tool to create a new field to extract just the date from your [Start Datetime] field using ToDate(). Add this new field as a grouping option in your Summarize tool.

@binu_acs that worked. Another question, what should I do to get average between two run times and also making sure I am not including one days last with next days first?
