Column data manipulation

Hello Community,

I need help with manipulating data.  Please see the attached SAMPLE data and EXPECTED RESULTS spreadsheets.  For the accounts with the same Account Numbers, but have a SubType ID of '6',  add a '6' before the account number. Therefore 6+Account Number. (Please see the EXPECTED RESULTS spreadsheet).
