Union with Date formatting

Hello Team,

I was trying to use union tool for the attached two different sheet. and The output needed in below format.

but unable to do it as the date format is different for both the files 

Security name	Sedol	ISIN Number	CUSIP Number	Record Date

@Devika  Change the data type of the field Record Date to Date datatype and try
