I keep getting this error message when running the MB rules but there is data flowing in fine. I've changed parameters many times thinking that would help but it hasn't. What could be causing this issue?

As @ArtApa said, Its impossible to predict or just tell you the possibilities regarding the reason behind those errors. Please provide the workflow copy. In case if you don't want to reveal the original data then please give dummy data or old data.
