How to select samples from running total

I am preparing an Alteryx solution to select 85% of total balance of entities. Please see the table below:

Account	Entity	Valuae	Runnig total	Total A/C balance	%
Cash	A	85	85	300	28
Cash	B	76	161	300	54
Cash	C	55	216	300	72
Cash	D	35	251	300	84
Cash	E	18	269	300	90
Cash	F	16	285	300	95
Cash	G	15	300	300	100

I used the formula ---  IF [ABS Percentage %] < 86 then "Inscope" else "Out of scope" ENDIF

I problem here is the alteryx now only pick value below 86.

But in this table to cover 85 % I have to take till entity E. 

there are more accounts like bank, gold, stocks etc..

Is there any other way to do this

For the Bank I have to select entity A and B to cover 85%

Bank	B	125	575	600	96
Bank	C	25	600	600	100
Bank	D	0	600	600	100
Bank	E	0	600	600	100
Bank	F	0	600	600	100
Bank	G	0	600	600	100

Can anyone please help me to create a solution for this
