Can the Alteryx server usage report export a tableau .twbx packaged file?

Hello,

We are currently utilizing the Alteryx Server Usage report with an export of an tde. For those of us without a Tableau license we can use the Tableau Reader, but the output must be a packaged workbook.

Is it possible for this workflow to output a .twbx file?

I found some materials on the subject containing comments from Alteryx employees, unfortunately what it says is not possible to convert to .twbx.
